Best News Of The Year

CLICK TO DONATE

Dear Kitty Lovers of The World

Englewood, Florida’s “World’s Greatest Cathouse,“ Puffy Paws Kitty Haven is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, no-kill cat hospice and rescue specializing in providing quality and loving care to special needs cats and finding homes for the adoptable kitties under their care.

Puffy Paws Web Site

“Puffy Paws care for kitties with feline leukemia, FIV, blind kitties, feral cats, epileptic kitties, kitties with only one eye, senior kitties, kitties that do not use their litter box, kitties with thyroid conditions and more - basically unwanted and unadoptable kitties that would be euthanized elsewhere.”
As you may know it has been a daily battle to keep the doors open at Puffy Paws.

Yet at the same time of this breaking joyous news, the kitties need you more than ever to stay ahead of the game today.

We have the best news of the year for you today and I want to thank each and everyone of you who have supported the kitties by caring, sharing, praying and by donating !!! Mad Kitty Love goes out to you all .

After we pay the Thrift Shop rent of $420 today.  We are all caught up on all the operating expenses for November !!!!! WOW !!!!!!!!

Last week we paid the late October, FPL (Power Bill ) of $1075 dollar last week thanks to each and everyone of you.

In addition to the FPL bill being paid ,we had a handsome donation come in last week.

November, FPL bill  was $975 which includes the monthly payment plan.

Which had to be paid by November 14th., this was paid this week.  How cool is that !!!!!

WHAT WE ARE PLANNING TO KEEP THE POWER BILL DOWN

Unfortunately we owed the State of Florida $700 in late fees for a report that was way pass due. We sent out the check last Friday, using priority mail.

This week was the final deadline for that payment. Chrissy and I are so thankful we were able to pay it, if we did not the consequences would have been severe.

Our domain name. Puffy Paws Kitty Haven, was due on Oct 26 and we renewed it for two years and paid $39.

The cell phone bill was due on Oct 31 for two lines at the cost of $83 dollars. That is paid.

The internet is the lifeblood of Puffy Paws fund raising and we owed $225 and that was paid.

The car insurance for the two vehicles for November was $75 and that was paid.

We ordered 4 bottles of Drontal for the complete yearly worming of the Haven at the cost of $168 dollars for each bottle. $672 total.
So that is the great news that we are caught up on the operating expenses over here at Puffy Paws.

Now we are praying that since the Snowbirds are here the Thrift Shop will be busy once again.

But with paying all those funds out that leaves us low on funds once again for the kitties daily needs.
